The purpose of this report is to help assess the applicant’s suitability for teaching young children, with particular reference to the New Zealand Education Council’s Good Character and Fit to be a Teacher criteria.

Please note that any information you provide will be treated as confidential by Cavalli College and will not be shared with the applicant.

We prefer that referees are registered teachers or individuals who have observed the applicant working directly with young children. This report should not be completed by someone who is related to the applicant, an extended family member, a flatmate, a close personal friend or someone who has known the applicant for less than six months.

Please complete all relevant sections of this report and indicate the applicant’s level of personal skills and attributes as part of your overall recommendation.
