Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end international admissions and enrolment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents, especially across Chinese and related markets
  • Provide advice and support to both offshore learners and onshore international learners studying in New Zealand
  • Maintain compliance with NZQA and Immigration NZ requirements
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping in the Student Management System
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to grow Cavalli College’s international profile, including contributing to the creation of print and digital promotional materials and strategy
  • Represent Cavalli College at events, fairs, and regional/in-country visits as required

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Existing contacts, experience, and relationships in Chinese and Asian international education markets
  • Experience working with international learners in enrolments and pastoral support
  • Knowledge of NZQA and Immigration NZ requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin (required) and Cantonese (desirable).
  • Confident administration and IT skills, ideally with experience using a Student Management System or CRM
  • A learner-centred, service-driven approach and ability to build trust across cultures
  • An NZ driver’s licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

 What we offer:

  • A supportive and collaborative team culture
  • The opportunity to shape Cavalli College’s international learner journey, both offshore and onshore
  • A role with purpose – connecting learners globally to life-changing education in New Zealand
  • The chance to be part of an innovative, NZQA Category 1 tertiary education provider making a real impact in communities
